Lead AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect & Build GenAI apps with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex on Google Cloud
• Develop advanced RAG pipelines and Semantic Search via Google Cloud Vector Search or Pinecone
• Lead LLM and Embedding fine-tuning for domain performance
• Build and manage agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and new AI features
• Productionize with MLOps for scalable, monitored models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field
• 8+ years AI/ML experience; proven GenAI production deployments
• Experience with neural nets, training, tuning; data engineering and SQL
• Core languages: Python; AI/LLM ecosystem: Google Gemini, GPT-4, or LLaMA
• Data & Search: Vector databases (Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector); semantic search
• Infrastructure: Google Cloud (Vertex AI); scalable software architectures
