Lead AI Engineer (Brilliant Harvest)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and productionize AI-powered apps (RAG, agentic workflows)
• Build document ingestion pipelines with data enrichment and compliance
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and agent frameworks with the AI Architect
• Lead design reviews, coding standards, and CI/CD practices
• Translate business requirements into design and implementation estimates
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and QA to drive roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software or data science experience, with 2+ years AI/ML in production
• Proven track record deploying generative AI/LLMs/RAG or doc ingestion with data enrichment
• Strong Python skills and at least one: TypeScript, C#, or a modern backend language
• Experience with React/React Native or frontend frameworks integrated with AI backends
• Microservices, API design, and cloud infrastructure understanding
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction; startup experience a plus
