🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade backend systems
Minimum of 3 years as Technical Lead
Hands-on with LLM orchestration, agentic frameworks, and RAG concepts
Strong backend skills (Python/Node.js, FastAPI), async/event-driven patterns
Experience with AWS Bedrock, serverless, messaging/eventing (SQS/SNS/EventBridge)
