Lead AI Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent backend services with Python and Azure AI Foundry.
• Architect and optimize RAG pipelines over SOPs for contextual insights.
• Integrate AI outputs into end-user workflows with assistive AI.
• Enforce redact-before-model discipline to strip PII from payloads before modeling.
• Lead AI features with product/design/engineering teams; translate goals to tech.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote secure, responsible AI practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years integrating LLMs and AI apps.
• Production experience with LLM-based/agentic systems: prompts, retrieval, tool calls.
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude; Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience evaluating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI via Azure AI Foundry) for production AI solutions.
• Knowledge of vector stores and embeddings (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong Python backend expertise with security focus (PII redaction) and English proficiency.
