Lead AI Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent backend services with Python and Azure AI Foundry.
• Consume Force Account outputs via API to classify/extract data.
• Engineer and optimize RAG pipelines over SOPs for contextual insights.
• Redact PII before data reaches models; enforce redact-before-model discipline.
• Own architecture of agentic/LLM systems: orchestration, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop.
• Mentor junior engineers; promote secure, responsible AI coding.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering; 2+ years integrating LLMs and AI apps.
• Production experience architecting LLM/agentic systems: prompts, retrieval, and tool calls (MCP).
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude.
• Deep Python backend expertise for AI integration; replace Java/C# requirements.
• Knowledge of vector stores and embeddings: LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
