Lead AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Set the six-to-12-month product strategy across multiple teams and domains, including
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics, from 0 to 1 propositions to upsell and retention loops
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets that multiply team output
• Design product metrics and dashboards the business runs on
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact, accountable for commercial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic product leadership: significant experience leading product strategy across multiple
• Experiment-first operator: experience building experiment cultures, not just running individual
• Commercial and financial fluency: deep understanding of unit economics, pricing levers and revenue
• Data mastery: comfortable designing metrics/dashboards, working in Snowflake
• Technical depth: comfortable engaging engineers on system architecture, APIs and ML pipelines
• AI-first working style: curious, fast experimenter, takes ownership of getting good with AI quickly
