📋 Description

• Set the 6-12 month Telematics strategy across SDKs, data processing and Risk Management, ensuring
• Own data quality at the source, setting standards for trip recording, location accuracy, battery
• Own the product side of scoring models with Data Science, ensuring the score is accurate
• Lead Risk Management by defining how to act on driving behaviour, from price adjustments to
• Drive pricing, underwriting, claims, and fraud improvements through deeper risk analysis, fairer
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm, even when changes affect pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or domains in a high-growth
• Experience building products on behavioural, location, or sensor data, ideally in telematics
• Technical depth with mobile SDKs, data pipelines, and ML pipelines to make strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial and risk understanding, with experience in pricing, risk modelling and loss ratio
• Excellent data skills, including proficiency in Snowflake and ability to interrogate model
• Demonstrated ability to build experiment cultures, not just run individual tests.
