Lead AI Software Engineer – US Remote

📋 Description

• Own AI solution design and delivery for SmartCare platform
• Build RAG pipelines with EHR data, claims, and clinical text
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs with guardrails
• Establish MLOps: tracking, CI/CD, drift monitoring
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices
• Mentor engineers and data scientists; promote reproducibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Health Informatics or related
• 10+ years software engineering; 5+ years AI/ML in production
• Healthcare domain experience in clinical or revenue cycle
• Hands-on with OpenAI or Anthropic models (prompting, function calls)
• Python plus ML stack: PyTorch or TensorFlow; Hugging Face
• Azure AI platform experience: Azure OpenAI and Azure ML
