Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI

📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted customer data assets in collaboration with Data Strategy teams
• Monitor, assess, and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across commercial systems
• Develop standardized KPI frameworks, create reliable data models, and deliver actionable insights
• Prototype, test, and evaluate generative AI applications, including personalized message
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Strategy teams to prioritize analytical requests
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, consent management, security, and AI governance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or customer
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, common table expressions (CTEs), window
• Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer to develop, automate, and optimize end-to-end data
• Strong capabilities in data cleaning, blending, transformation, and integration across multiple
• Solid knowledge of orthopaedics products, clinical procedures, and relevant customer profiles.
