🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in QA/testing/engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven experience developing test strategies, plans, and quality methodologies.
• Strong understanding of requirements, quality practices, defect management, and automation.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within QA/engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.
