🎯 Requirements

College degree required; 8+ years in marketing/consulting.
3+ years managing teams and projects.

Experience with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO.
Built measurement plans, analytics docs, dashboards.
Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
