Lead Analytics Consultant, Real World Data Insights (Post-sale)

📋 Description

• Primary contact for HealthVerity clients, post-sale RWD support
• Build relationships across data, analytics, and research functions
• Respond to client data questions, triage issues, drive resolution
• Proactively share insights, updates, and best practices to maximize value
• Translate complex needs into actionable guidance for cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead client trainings and document use-case support in post-sale

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related field
• 4+ years client-facing healthcare analytics experience
• Healthcare data expert across claims, EMR, labs; data standards (ICD, CPT, LOINC)
• Proficient in SQL or Python; working with large relational, patient-level data
• Experience evaluating fit-for-purpose data and research protocols
• Strong presentation and communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience applying RWD to healthcare/life sciences questions (RWE, HEOR, etc.)
• Highly organized, consultative; manage multiple workstreams
