Lead Analytics Consultant, Real World Data Insights (Pre-sale)

📋 Description

• Query medical, claims, EMR, and lab data with SQL to define populations and assess outputs.
• Conduct pre-sale feasibility analyses to enable RWE studies.
• Align Sales and Data Delivery; establish best practices; ensure timely data delivery.
• Develop and communicate technical, clinical, operational, and business specs for internal/external teams.
• Lead internal docs, analytics automation, AI enablement, and process improvements.
• Leverage AI to enhance workflows and internal efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, or related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years in a consultative, client-facing role.
• At least 6 years using SQL, programming against large relational databases with patient-level data at scale.
• Healthcare data expert across data types (claims, EMR, labs) and standards (ICD, CPT, LOINC) for regulatory contexts.
• Experience evaluating fit-for-purpose data and defining populations with inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Apply RWD to RWE/epidemiology, HEOR, R&D, or public health; skilled with SQL, Python, or R.
