Lead Analytics Engineer – Enterprise, Data & AI

📋 Description

• Design a semantic model as a single source of truth for stakeholders and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data and AI engineers to optimize enterprise knowledge queries.
• Set standards for data modeling, version control, testing, and docs.
• Automate testing and observability to catch data issues.
• Partner with leaders to translate operational needs into scalable data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs in data engineering/analytics; semantic framework with Python/SQL; 2+ yrs AI code deployment.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks and BigQuery.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday data and schemas.
• Design modular, scalable, performant data architectures for downstream AI tools.
• Proven track record delivering projects, mentoring, and fostering data excellence.
• Bonus: Experience with LLMs for data reconciliation and anomaly detection.
