Lead design/architecture/delivery of medical-grade Android apps & SDKs (Java/Kotlin/KMM)
Provide technical leadership & architectural guidance to Android teams
Collaborate with product, cloud, UX, QA to define solutions & roadmaps
Drive engineering standards and best practices across the team
Mentor engineers through code reviews & knowledge sharing
Own application quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
4+ years native Android development (Java/Kotlin)
Proficient with Android UI design principles and patterns
Experience with Web services, Cloud and API technologies
Knowledge of open-source Android ecosystem and libraries
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
