Lead Android Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the Android technical roadmap, architecture, and platform direction.
• Define and enforce Android standards: quality, tests, release readiness.
• Lead solution design for features with scalability, security, maintainability.
• Drive modern Android practices: Jetpack Compose, MVVM, coroutines, DI.
• Partner with iOS and backend teams for cross-platform API alignment.
• Own Android delivery across value streams: planning, estimation, milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Android development with Kotlin expertise.
• 2+ years in tech lead or senior leadership managing direct reports.
• Strong Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI skills.
• Solid understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Repository patterns.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming.
• DI with Hilt or Dagger.
