📋 Description

• Lead and develop the animation team
• Own the animation quality bar
• Plan and oversee animation production
• Collaborate closely with Game Design, Programming, Art and Technical Animation
• Coordinate animation work with external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in 3D character animation for games
• Excellent understanding of movement, weight, acting, timing and storytelling
• Ability to establish, communicate and maintain animation quality standards
• Strong understanding of game animation production and real-time workflows
• Ability to plan and prioritize animation work
• Professional experience with industry-standard 3D animation tools and workflows
