Lead Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Lead maintenance to manage work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation; one-week cycle with stipend.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with capital projects onsite.
• Walk the property daily; inspect units and coordinate with contractors.
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I & II / EPA Universal; CPO preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License; after-hours/weekend emergencies response.
• Troubleshoot major appliances, water heaters, boilers, AC units.
• Direct experience on a garden-style apartment community.
• Commitment to company goals and team success.
• Strong customer service skills and good communicator.
• Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, pressure cleaning, minor electrical.
• Maintain and improve technical maintenance skills.
