Lead Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Lead Maintenance Technician for residential community
• Manage work orders, PM, and daily workload on site
• HVAC Certified; report to Community Manager
• On-call rotation with stipend
• Perform routine maintenance and assist capital projects
• Maintain safety and policy adherence

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I & II / EPA Universal; CPO preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License; able to respond after-hours/weekend emergencies
• Troubleshoot appliances, water heaters, boilers, and AC units
• Experience on a garden-style apartment community
• Strong work ethic with customer service focus
• Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, or electrical basics
• Continuously improve technical maintenance skills
• Commitment to safety and Fair Housing policies
