Lead Maintenance Technician to support maintenance ops for residential community
Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, day-to-day workload under Community Manager
On-Call rotation with added stipend
Walk property daily, manage vacant units, coordinate contractors as needed
Adhere to safety and housing policies

🎯 Requirements

HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification; CPO preferred
Valid Driver’s License and ability to respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies
Troubleshoot major appliances, water heaters, boilers, AC units
Experience on garden-style apartment community
Strong communication and customer service; basic plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical
Proof of valid Driver's License for site visits
