Lead Maintenance Technician to manage work orders, PM, and daily workload
On-Call rotation with one-week cycle and stipend
Maintain standards for apartment community; assist with capital projects
Strong appliance repair, painting, plumbing, and AC diagnostics
Assess root causes, walk property daily, manage vacancies, coordinate with contractors
Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing laws

🎯 Requirements

HVAC Type I & II / EPA Universal Certification; CPO preferred
Valid Driver’s License; respond to after-hours emergencies
troubleshoot appliances, water heaters, boilers, AC units
Experience on garden-style apartment community
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, pressure cleaning, minor electrical
