Lead Apartment Service Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

📋 Description

• Lead Maintenance Tech for a residential community; manage work orders and PMs.
• HVAC Type I/II EPA Certification; CPO preferred.
• Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; on-call rotation.
• On-Call rotation with stipend.
• Maintain units and assist with capital projects onsite.
• Strong customer service; appliance repair, plumbing, painting, AC.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I & II EPA Universal Certification; CPO preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Troubleshooting major appliances, water heaters, boilers, and AC units.
• Direct experience on a garden-style apartment community.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, or electrical troubleshooting.
