Deliver direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working in a
Supervise a team of Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs) delivering care in a virtual
Act as the clinical escalation point for the care delivery team (APPs, RNs, MAs)
Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of the care model, and
Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the following
DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
5+ years of primary/urgent care experience
1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based / in-person setting
