Lead APP - Virtual Health Assessment

📋 Description

• Deliver direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) as part of a
• Supervise a group of Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs) to support professional and clinical
• Act as a clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed
• Support development of clinical guidelines and the care model through collaborative projects
• Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the listed states
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree (DNP, FNP, ENP, PA) from an accredited program
• Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
• 1+ years experience in supervising teams, including other clinical staff
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience
• 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based / in-person setting

• Base pay of $135,000 to $176,000 per year
