• Proven experience leading enterprise Appian delivery in complex environments
• Architecting Appian apps: Records, Record Types, Relationships, SAIL, Process Models, Sites
• Strong SQL, data modelling, stored procedures, views, and DB vs app layer decisions
• Enterprise integration architecture across systems and Connected Systems
• Scalability planning, monitoring, performance tuning, CI/CD across environments
• Stakeholder management with Product Owners, Architects, and senior client stakeholders
