• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Appian delivery programmes.
• Architecting Appian apps across Records, SAIL, Process Models, Sites, Reports, CDTs.
• Strong SQL/database skills; evaluate data placement between DB and application layers.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and setting standards for delivery teams.
• Scalability planning, monitoring, and CI/CD across environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
