📋 Description

Directing technical workstreams across operations, development, and client teams
Driving strategic adoption and standardization of internal enterprise marketing tools and Adobe
Designing and overseeing implementation of complex business rules and scalable automations
Translating high-level architectural designs into robust solutions
Establishing QA/UAT frameworks and testing standards
Acting as primary escalation point for complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in application consulting or marketing technology
Proven track record leading campaign execution or complex program builds
Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, AJO, AEP or comparable platforms
Mastery of end-to-end campaign lifecycle
Ability to design and govern scalable campaign solutions
Leadership in enterprise-level UAT strategies
