5–8+ years in PM, program mgmt, or related
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder mgmt with exec-facing communication
Experience gathering requirements and translating to solutions
Experience with governance, portfolio mgmt, or transformation programs
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Power Platform
