• Lead the complete product lifecycle for Group Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and PFML products
• Drive product strategy, design, positioning, and go-to-market plans for growth and differentiation.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable product, operational, and tech strategies.
• Partner with compliance, legal, and filing teams on product filings and regulatory strategies.
• Establish product governance and scalable processes aligned with market and regulatory needs.
• Analyze product performance using data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in insurance or employee benefits, with Group Benefits
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Group Life, AD&D, Disability, PFML products, and market trends.
• Proven experience managing complex product initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Strong understanding of product filings, regulatory interpretation, and compliance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
