Lead Auditor — Food Certification

📋 Description

• Launch and grow QuantiLAB’s certification activity across Southern & Eastern Africa
• Conduct HACCP, BRCGS, GlobalGAP audits as a qualified Lead Auditor
• Build a client pipeline with producers, processors, retailers
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to refine offerings
• Report to the Regional Director within Certification & Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or related field (adv. degree a plus)
• 5+ years in food safety auditing/certification (HACCP, BRCGS, GlobalGAP, ISO 22000)
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards with commercial mindset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities
• Exposure to AI at work or strong familiarity with AI products
