📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from problem discovery to production.
• Design and develop orchestrators, sub-agents, skills, prompts, and knowledge components.
• Establish feedback, logs, and quality metrics to measure performance.
• Monitor production AI solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Design AI workflows across customer lifecycle: prep, guidance, post-call, follow-ups.
• Identify platform gaps; partner with Revenue Ops and engineering to define requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in AI/ML solution development, technical product management, or related field.
• Curious, self-directed learner; adaptable as AI technologies evolve.
• Practical understanding of LLM behavior, prompts, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of databases and data movement; ability to read code.
• Ability to scope vague problems, define clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; end-to-end ownership mindset.
