📋 Description

Lead autonomy stack design for prototype vehicles (perception, planning)
Support rapid prototyping from concept to hardware-in-the-loop tests
Own the autonomy discipline within Special Programs: approach, standards
Assess technical feasibility of new opportunities and requirements
Contribute across Special Programs as needed
Collaborate with program leads and Archer teams to align timelines

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in CS/Robotics/Aerospace (advanced degree a plus)
Autonomy software experience: perception, planning, decision-making
Familiar with autonomy frameworks, simulations, flight test support
End-to-end lifecycle in fast-paced prototyping environments
8-12 years engineering experience; US Person; ability to obtain clearance
Comfortable acting as a generalist outside core focus as needed
