📋 Description

• Senior AV Operations Specialist to join Convene's operations team onsite in Central London.
• Lead ad-hoc troubleshooting and assist customers of all tech levels during events.
• Manage AV equipment setup, troubleshooting, and on-site support for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with property teams, AV management, and clients to ensure smooth experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-5 years supporting AV/IT equipment and software.
• Strong customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of analog/digital audio mixers, wireless mics, video switchers, projectors.
• Basic understanding of Crestron and central control systems; data networking basics.
• Experience with Macs/PCs, LANs, servers; proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
