📋 Description

• Develop core Java backend for high-concurrency order processing and IM messaging engines.
• Evolve core distributed transaction engine; integrate AI shopping assistant via LLMs.
• Build scalable, maintainable backend services with clean Java code.
• Drive architecture improvements for performance, reliability, and data consistency.
• Collaborate across teams to shape technology strategy and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years Java development; strong CS fundamentals; JVM memory, GC, concurrency.
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis.
• Distributed transactions and state machines; financial-grade order/settlement.
• Netty, WebSocket, MQTT; millions of concurrent connections.
• RocketMQ/Kafka; MySQL tuning; Redis distributed locks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work Visa: HK TTPS or QMAS or eligible candidates preferred.
• AI Vision: LangChain, vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone) or RAG experience.
