Lead Backend Engineer, Trading Risk

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Trading Risk, including risk monitoring
• Build and optimize real-time data processing pipelines, with a strong focus on system reliability
• Independently own projects from technical design and development through integration, rollout, and
• Collaborate with Risk, Data Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver cross-functional
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvements in engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, or strong experience in C++ / Java with willingness to work primarily in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, databases, caching, concurrency, and data consistency.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, project ownership, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
