📋 Description

  • Oversee day-to-day admin supervision of behavior technicians (BTs) in performance management, admin
  • Manage BTs’ lifecycle from orientation to separation and maintain relationships with direct reports.
  • Handle BT time-off, callouts with scheduling, approvals of indirect time, and SIRs.
  • Audit administrative time, California meal/rest penalties, and weekly unconverted sessions; report
  • Ensure BTs meet compliance standards and complete required clinical training with LBTs and CES
  • Document and report using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools for accurate records and

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years leading and managing direct reports.
  • 2+ years delivering ABA services to children/teens/adults.
  • Currently holding RBT or BCAT or able to obtain BCAT within 90 days.
  • Safety training certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Reliable, insured transportation; travel 30-45 minutes per drive to client locations.
