📋 Description

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial intakes, including safety screening, standardized assessments (such

• Carry a small caseload of patients, delivering brief, evidence-based interventions within a
• Serve as clinical backup for the care team, responding to acute patient-safety and crisis needs
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning, and coordinate escalation with the Consulting
• Oversee referrals to clinically indicated services outside Cerula, including higher levels of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or LMHC-D.
• Fluency in English and Spanish sufficient to conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, crisis
• 5+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health care management or direct clinical care
• 3+ years of experience supervising or leading clinicians (e.g., clinical supervision or team lead
• Experience conducting behavioral health intakes, psychosocial assessments, and DSM-5-TR diagnosis.
