Lead Behavioral Health Care Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments, including safety screenings, standardized evaluations
• Provide diagnostic guidance and support for assessments completed by other members of the care team
• Maintain a small caseload and deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions within
• Serve as the clinical backup for acute patient-safety concerns and crisis situations across partner

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a
