Lead Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of Collaborative Care services, including behavioral health interventions
• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with Oregon licensing and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate clinician performance and contribute to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and professional
• Ensure clinicians receive appropriate training and maintain competency in evidence-based treatment
• Oversee clinical performance, quality outcomes, and reporting requirements while ensuring
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to behavioral health clinicians and other members of the

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
• Active, independent Oregon clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or
• Qualified Supervisor status in Oregon, with the appropriate certification or authorization to
• At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health intervention, case management, or care
• Experience supporting individuals with chronic medical conditions and behavioral health needs.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions and collaborative care practices.
