📋 Description

• Lab Operations: Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and
• Documentation & Compliance: Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot instrument-related issues, act as technical resource for equipment
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, monitor workflow to meet TAT, conduct performance
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with leadership and clients to implement business directives and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (e.g., chemistry, physics) or related field
• 4+ years of relevant lab experience with bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or need for sponsorship
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new techniques, troubleshoot instruments, and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with equipment qualification, maintenance, and documentation
