Lead Biostatistician (IVD Clinical)

📋 Description

• Design and review statistical methodology in protocols and SAPs
• Lead execution of analyses per plans, plus exploratory/ad-hoc analyses
• Produce presentations and documentation of analysis plans, methods, results
• Convey statistical concepts to cross-functional internal/external collaborators
• Identify risks, raise concerns, and champion solutions to project teams
• Mentor and supervise junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in biostatistics with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
• 3+ years in regulated clinical trials design/analysis
• 4+ years with R (preferred) and SAS or JMP
• Expert knowledge of probability theory and statistics
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in clinical trial design
• Strong communication to explain statistics to non-statistical audiences
