Lead Bring-up & Characterisation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead bring-up and characterisation of Graphcore's silicon devices and system platforms.
• Build and lead a team to develop characterisation plans, automate testing, and analyse results
• Work with architecture, silicon, hardware, operations and product teams to solve complex technical
• Hands-on leadership with opportunity to influence product design and build a team from the ground
• Collaborate across Bristol, Cambridge and Taiwan to solve problems and drive decisions.
• Take ownership, remove blockers, and turn ideas into practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering technical outcomes as individual contributor, manager, or project
• Silicon digital device design, bring-up, and characterisation with understanding of silicon process
• Knowledge of high-performance processors, SoC architectures, and high-speed interfaces (PCIe
• Experience with measurement automation, data analysis, and developing code/scripts for automated
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with background in ATE systems and silicon characterisation.
