• Build disciplined analytics team and data roadmap.
• Hire, develop, and retain analytics professionals.

• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to collect data for insights.
• Own yearly forecast and budget; define growth plan across funnel.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize sales/conversion across funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams.
• Proven track record in consumer-FMCG; fintech preferred.
• Deep SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with growth experiments, A/B testing, funnel optimization.
