• Mentor and guide other analysts to improve spec quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years as a BA or System Analyst in software product development.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial software concepts and workflows.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; distinguish business needs from user requests.
• Proven experience coordinating feature delivery or cross-team work.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail; collaborative and proactive.
