📋 Description

• Lead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, workflows and
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and collaborative discovery sessions with business
• Elicit, analyze and challenge requirements, assumptions, constraints, risks and dependencies before

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of business analysis, product discovery or digital product delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for complex software products, platforms or transformation
• Strong facilitation, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution
• Proven ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows
• Experience modelling IT systems, system interactions and behaviors to clarify requirements and
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to draft, refine and validate requirements, user stories and
