📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to frame questions and perform rigorous analysis.
• Bridge Finance and Marketing: connect budget pacing to forecasts.
• Own high-leverage questions on unit economics and growth; advise leadership.
• Drive board-level analysis and synthesize insights into a clear story.
• Own core metric definitions as single source of truth; govern changes.
• Partner with Finance on LTV, CAC, payback, and NRR with segmentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or business/finance analytics with impact.
• Advanced SQL, modern analytics tools, and familiarity with dbt or semantic layers.
• Hands-on AI/LLM tools for data synthesis, hypothesis generation, productivity acceleration.
• Strong business and financial acumen; LTV, CAC, payback, NRR, and strategy.
• Able to frame ambiguous questions and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bias for turning insight into decisions and follow-through on impact.
