Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager

📋 Description

• Support system administration and operational activities for procurement systems, including
• Provide technical direction and business analysis support across multiple high-complexity projects
• Support the implementation and administration of a new contract writing system, helping ensure
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements through one-on-one discussions, small-group
• Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and configure system settings to
• Support the development of interfaces between procurement applications and financial systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; one year
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, estimation, and planning.
• At least 5 years of experience working in procurement within the public and/or private sector.
• At least 5 years of experience with system administration in public and/or private-sector
• At least 5 years of experience working within the Department of Defense.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement business processes and the ability to apply that knowledge to
