🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, customer success, analytics or quality management.
• Experience in contact center operations and performance drivers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proven track record managing analytics & quality initiatives end-to-end.
• Facilitate consultative sessions, discovery workshops, and solution design.
• Familiarity with speech or text analytics and quality platforms (NICE IA, CXOne).
• Interest in AI landscape with practical experience or eagerness to learn.
• Self-driven with ownership and urgency.
