📋 Description

• Own the customer's business case and ROI value for NiCE solutions.
• Lead consulting delivery of QM and Analytics engagements.
• Act as a lead voice to mature the VRS delivery methodology.
• Drive CCaaS transformations and improve adoption enterprise-wide.
• Build long-term relationships with customers as trusted advisor.
• Lead program governance to optimize adoption and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as CX strategy/consulting advisor in CCaaS or CX.
• Strong CCaaS, analytics, Quality and AI CX capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder management in matrix environments.
• Hands-on AI/LLMs to automate tasks.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
