🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy
• Previous in-house experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency
• Demonstrated ability to own complex processes end to end, transforming unstructured or inefficient
• Strong experience developing operational frameworks, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and
• Practical experience using AI tools, scripts, integrations, or no-code automation platforms to
• Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution, including building
